Rise of the Empire

A shadow has fallen across the galaxy. The Republic has been dissolved and Senator Palpatine has assumed the mantle of Emperor. Change comes swiftly to this new EMPIRE. Insidious propaganda paints those loyal to the Republic as TRAITORS. Rewards are offered for sightings of the few JEDI who remain alive; Imperial forces are ordered to shoot them on sight. Those who oppose the Empire’s armored fist, which closes ever tighter around the former Republic systems, flee to the OUTER RIM. There, subspace rumors tell of a growing resistance that hopes to throw off the shackles of Palpatine and his new lieutenant, DARTH VADER….
